@johngs's CHEESY COURGETTE QUICHE 🧀 Serves 4-6 This courgette quiche uses the flavours of an elegant Persian frittata called Kuku Sabzi. It’s very herb heavy, flecked with dill, parsley and coriander and finished off with barberries. Little red berry that adds a pop of colour and a beautiful tart tang.
