Footage shows a firefighter carrying a resident out of a burning home just after 3 am on Thursday in Elk Grove, California. “We’re going to be breaking the front windows,” one Elk Grove Police Department officer can be heard saying over his radio as they approach the flames. According to a Facebook post from the department, they rescued two residents. Local reports say the fire destroyed the home’s garage and an electric vehicle inside.
